These are some of the most expensive routers on the market, but you can get away with using a single band if the area you are using it in doesn't get bombarded by an overabundance of WiFi signals.

The second best type of wireless router on the list for 2011 is the WRT610N. Although similar to he one mentioned above it doesn't provide the dual connection for the second modem. This one is gigabit Ethernet for more speed. If was a dual modem model it would have made number one.
Coming in third is the Apple Airport Extreme Base Station. This is the wireless outer you will need for any systems that uses Apple components. The Mac doesn't work quite as good with any other type of wireless router. This Airport will let you attach the iPod touch, iPhone and Apple TV right into you networks. Sitting pretty in the fourth position is the NetGear Rangemax WNDR3700. This is also a dual band wireless router. Although this is a very high - end device it only takes a few minutes to install. This one has the longest range of all the ones mentioned here. If you are setting up a basement office this is the one to get. It filters out interference from cell phones and microwave ovens.
