Types of Swing Jibs
There are four major types of swing jibs or jib derricks. The wall-supported, wall mounted, free standing, along with post form are the main types. The common load itself is what determines the type of swing jib to be used.
Free standing Swing Jibs
Those equipment will not need whatever brace to hold them in an vertical position provided it is free-standing on a flat bottom. Its stability is found in a heavy foot . The common weights dictate the dimension of the foundation itself. That's an advantageous machinery because it can do things which other swing jib types cannot do plus it does not necessitate a wall mounting or anything solid for reinforcement.
Wall Bracketed Swing Jibs
The extra bracket connected to the wall is what distinguishes this swing jib. You would normally find this moving cargo in the warehouse or the factory. Wall Mounted Swing Jibs

Pole Type Swing Jibs
That swing jib requires a sturdy foundation to have the column erect and firm. While being economical budget-wise, it requires more room to hold it fixed firmly at the topmost and at the base. It is very efficient as it could cover each spot of the factory.
