Reading the previous comments, most if not all say it comes with the transfer kit. Do not rely on this information alone. Amazon often use a variety of partners to fulfill orders for, or will not come with the transfer kit depends on it.
Mine does not have a transfer kit, and then the whole picture I spent more money than it should, because they are not included in the kit. I would be better to buy a set and the hard drive from another vendor, only for the price of drives here.
The best thing to do is, who the company would ship products (a name and a link to the right company with the product name) and see IF you can contact us for more details, or he or does not include the transfer kit.

I have bought 2 of these 120-gig harddrives listed as "used" and have had no trouble at all with either of them. Keep in mind you need a data transfer kit to move your downloads and stuff from your old drive when you buy this! Both "used" drives were easy to install and have worked just as well as a brand new one.

No More Swapping
This hard drive is great. After a long time of having to delete prior demos, videos, etc. in order to download newer larger demos and videos, I finally decided to purchase the 120GB hard drive. It came with a transfer cable and a cd, and everything transferred over smoothly (it took about 1 1/2 hours to transfer my 20GB drive to this). Now, I'm as happy as can be. I have plenty of room and can more freely download multiple demos to try out without having to swap out every few days. This allows me to go back and replay the demos without having to redownload them.
A definite must with the increasing sizes of demos and video.

This product (the 120gb xbox 360 hard drive) was a good deal and works wonderfully! however, buyers should be CAREFUL as the cheaper deals do NOT INCLUDE the transfer cable necessary to move your content from your old 20gb or 60gb drive to the new one. If you don't have saved games and other downloaded content then don't worry, you are saving money for sure. If you do have data saves and media then you need at least a memory card (I suggest a 512mb card - about $20-30) so you can copy your offline profiles and saves. Most online content can be re-downloaded for free if you can stand the wait. With all that in mind, Great Buy!

Best thing for the original Pro and Arcade Owners
This is one of the best investments I have ever made. Quick to install (although it takes a little bit to transfer from the old 20 to the 120 but that's due to USB and the speed of the hard drives). I like the silver trim on it, makes my 360 look better. Yes you can remove the demos it installs after it's done so that you have even more room.
It feels SO good to install games to the hard drive and DLC AND not worry about space (for awhile).

if you like to download games this is a must buy.also it comes with a transfer cable.the biggest plus to having a 120 or bigger harddrive is you can download your games to it which reduces the wear and tear of your xbox (red rings, disk drive,etc)

Worth it if you need to upgrade
This is definitely worth it if you have a 20 gig HDD or a memory card. If you play online a lot, download XBLA (Arcade) games, Add-Ons for your retail games, or download media such as HD movies from the movie store, it makes it way worth it.
An upside to the larger storage, is the ability to install all your games on the HDD. Though you need the disc in the drive (to verify that you own, or rented the game), it still helps you. Faster load times, and less wear and tear on your disc drive.
