Sony Vaio Vgn-T350 Laptop Screen Problems
Sony Vaio VGN-T350 is one of the most prominent brands of laptops on the market, and also one of the most expensive. The laptops, created by Sony, are known for their efficient processor functionality and sleek designs. While the Sony Vaio VGN-T350 line of laptops are considered high-end, they are also prone to display problems.
Symptoms
Among the problems facing Sony Vaio laptop screens are blackouts. When these blackouts occur, the monitor turns solid black, and upon rebooting the laptop, light will briefly flash on only to blackout again. Additionally, there have been reports of an issue which causes the screen to flicker intermittently until it goes out all together.

Blackout displays and the continuous flickering of Sony Vaio VGN-T350 screens can be caused by various issues taking place inside the laptop. It is not necessarily true that the problem lies within the VGN-T350 LCD screen itself, with display issues often occurring as a result of problems with other parts of the laptop. You can test whether or not the Sony Vaio VGN-T350 screen is defective by connecting the laptop to an external monitor. If the display comes up normally, then the problem lies within the laptop's LCD screen.
Design
Some owners have made complaints about Sony Vaio design flaws, specifically mentioning defects in the laptop's boards. Among the problems discovered after opening the laptop include burnt LCD fuses, as well as worn out circuits and internal latches. Some of these events may occur even in newly purchased units.
