Is DDR2 memory card and DDR3 graphic card compatible ?Motherboard Processor & RAM I have a CORSAIR 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2 533 PC4200 PCI EXPRESS 16x2 memory card.Can I replace my graphics card by a SAPPHIRE HD 4670 512MB GDDR3My question: Is DDR2 memory card and DDR3 graphic card compatible ? Yes, basically it has the same interaction as the compatibility between the rubber used for your tires and the type of plastic from your dashboard.The graphics card on board its own memory, strictly independent of memory for the processor / motherboard.
