A Red Ring of Death Repair that Actually Works - - The Unofficial Solution Thats Helping Thousands
The Red Ring of Death (RROD) has been an ongoing issue for the Xbox 360 ever since 2005. And it's amazing to find that almost no one, including the manufacturer, has been able to discover an actual repair for this problem. I find this to be totally unacceptable and irresponsible of the manufacturer to create a product that has such a huge defect to it's hardware. Fortunately however, James Dean who is a Computer Technician/Programmer has discovered a working and reliable red ring of death repair in his Xbox 360 repair guide, The Xbox 360 Red Light Fix Pro Gamer Edition.
Since the time of the release of James' repair guide, it has generated some very positive results and reviews. It seems that this repair guide has been helping 360 owners to permanently repair their systems (something no other method, even the manufacturer has been able to do) and has already succesfully repaired thousands of 360's with plenty of testemonials to validate it's claim. It seems since, no other method has discovered a red ring of death repair, using a "self-fix-it" method such as this one, might be our only hope of ever getting our systems up and running again.
But why is it that this method works and not others? What seperates the wheat from the Chaff? There has only really been one major discovery to the cause of the red ring of death over the past 4 years. It has become wide-spread knowledge that the RROD is the result of your system overheating. The only problem is that no one has figured out how to stop it, or how to prevent your console from being vulnerable to the RROD. This is the major discovery of James' red ring of death repair guide. James discovered that the way in which to protect your system from overheating issues is to make 2 simple changes that anyone can do, to the motherboards GPU/CPU and the Heatsinks.
The first modification that has to be made deals with the GPU and CPU. These two chips originally had a thermal paste layed over them in order to protect them from heat exposure. When these two chips are exposed to too much heat, then that is when your system gets the RROD. The problem here is not with the chips, or the overheating, but with the thermal paste that is used being insufficient and incapable of withstanding the heat from the Xbox 360. So the first modification deals in changing this paste out with a more reliable, and specific solution. This effectively maintains the stability of the chips and protects them properly.
The second and last modification deals with re-adjusting how the heatsinks sit on the motherboard. The heat sinks are primarily responsible for keeping both the GPU and CPU cool and from over exposure to the heat of the Xbox 360. The problem is that when the motherboard get's too hot, it starts to bend. This causes the soldering that holds the motherboards stability in place, to break. This throws the heat sinks off balance and renders them useless to protect the GPU and CPU properly. So what we need to do is remove the X-Clamps, and then make a specific modification dealing with a set of washers and screws to build a better foundation for the heat sinks to sit on so that they don't get thrown off balance and protect both the GPU and CPU for good.
Once these two simple and easy modifications are finished you will not only be permanently solving the RROD, but many other errors associated with your console overheating. Errors like 2 and 4 red light errors, graphic glitches, game feezes, the E74 error code and more will all be gotten rid of and prevented permanently. The use of this red ring of death repair guide literally gives you the control to restore your Xbox 360 to optimal health and functionability. And since this seems to be the only way that 360 owners are actually repairing their consoles, I would highly recommend this over any other repair method, simply because it actually get's to the root of the RROD and stops it for good.
